Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the images.
Furthermore included in this recent document drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling distinct sections of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
